FIELD: visualizing of biological object structure at preset depth. SUBSTANCE: during operation of pulsed laser light passes to object under test over channel where stoke pulses are generated and formed. Optical system records information at preset depth of object and transmits it to brightness amplifier which is supplied with laser pulses passing over laser pulse formation and delay channel and being shaped according to transverse distribution. These pulses amplify image in stoke beam. Further on image is recorded. Combination-active medium of channel where stoke pulses are generated and formed is made as crystal with flow increment of amplification of forced combination diffusion not less than 0.9 GW/cm. EFFECT: provision for sufficiently sharp image at small dimensions. 1 dwg
