FIELD: waste water cleaning. SUBSTANCE: settler has a cylindrical vat, device for water distribution with primary clarification chamber, device for water collecting, rotary scraper device, and thin-layered units formed by trays placed on two sides, and installed on cantilevers fastened on plates rigidly secured on water collecting tubes of the device. The collecting tubes pick water from different sides regarding lengthwise axis of the tube. The settler is provided with sectional ring adjoining the water collecting tubes from beneath and rigidly fastened to external wall of the primary clarification chamber. Besides the settler is provided with a crane. One abutment of the crane in placed in the center of the settler, and the other is installed on under-crane ways, the diameter of which exceeds the outer diameter of the settler.
