FIELD: magnetic treatment of liquid. SUBSTANCE: casing accommodates a stator of a magnetic system with a winding, a liquid container disposed between the poles of the magnetic system and provided with inlet and outlet pipe unions. Installed concentrically and rigidly in said container is a core whose outer surface facing the stator and protruding into the container has longitudinal slots. As the winding is connected to a power supply, a magnetic field of a large intensity gradient is induced in the entire volume of liquid. Electric current starts flowing in the liquid, thus turbulizing the flow. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
