FIELD: electromagnetic treatment of liquids, magnetization of water systems in various branches of industry with simultaneous electric treatment. SUBSTANCE: device has three-phase stator creating rotary magnetic field and rotor installed in case. Rotor is fitted with three-phase multiturn winding and rectifier made up of semiconductor valves (diodes) put on insulators on shaft of rotor. Ends of rotor winding are connected to rectifier which output is linked to current-conducting plates- electrodes not insulated from electric contact with treated liquid. Rotor is set immobile. Stator and rotor with windings, semiconductor valves of rectifier and electric couplings of rotor winding to rectifier are sealed and electrically insulated from treated liquid.
