FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of 6-aryl-5,6-dihydroimidazo-[2,1-b] -thiazole of the formula (I) where Ar nonsubstituted phenyl or phenyl substituted with halogen, C₁-C₆-alkoxy, C₁-C₆-alkyl, nitro-group or two halogens, pyridinyl, thienyl, furanyl; R₁ and R₂ are independent C₁-C₂₀-alkyl, (cyclohexyl)methyl, cyclohexyl or phenyl; one of R₁ and R₂ can be hydrogen or forms together alkylphenyl radical, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or their stereochemical isomeric forms. Derivatives of 2-iminothiazole of the formula (II) as intermediate products for synthesis of compounds of the formula (I). Synthesis is carried out by cyclization of compound of the formula (II) in inert solvent in the presence of activating agent. Immunostimulating composition has 0.1-500 mg in inert carrier per a single dose. Formulas of (I) and (II) were given in description text. Synthesized compounds were used in medicine.
