FIELD: oil and fat, liqueur and vodka, confectionery and perfumery and cosmetic industries and also production of flavoring additives, particularly, production of water-alcohol extracts of medicinal herbs and vegetable oil from nontraditional sources of vegetable materials of Russian geographic range. SUBSTANCE: production line has two stages of processing. The first stage includes treatment of vegetable material with water-alcohol extract to obtain aromatic extract which may be used in form of flavoring additive in liqueur and vodka and confectionery industries. The second stage consists in production of vegetable oil for use in oil and fat and perfumery-cosmetic industries. Dry mineral and cellulose residue may be used for preparation of combined fodder. Used in each stage of processing is one unified apparatus fulfilling three successive processes: extraction, centrifuging and drying of oil cake under vacuum without intermediate transfer of material between said processes. Production line in combination with collectors of extract and micelle, filters, pumps, steam condensers, mill, evaporator and distiller allowing return of solvent to process cycle is capable of complex processing of raw material and full extraction of oil by withdrawal of alcohol- and water-soluble substance from raw material before final extraction.
