FIELD: automatic alignment of coil at uncoiling. SUBSTANCE: device has uncoiler 1 with right-hand and left-hand rotating heads 2 and 3, respectively, installed for axial travel, right- hand and left-hand hydraulic cylinders 5 and 6 for centering coil 7 coupled with heads 2 and 3 and controlled by distributor 8, strip edge position control mechanism of coil 7 with follow-up members in form of limiting pins 9 installed for symmetrical relative displacement, for instance, on screw 10 with right-hand and left-hand thread, mechanism to control symmetry of positioning of heads 2 and 3 in form of two racks 11 and 12 engaged through gear wheel 13 with flag 14 mounted on gear wheel axle. Device has movable platform 15 with two limit switches 16 and 17, locks 18 of platform 15 and bell crank 20 coupling platform 15 and screw 10. Flag 14 is installed for alternate engagement with limit switches 16 and 17. Distributor 25 or 26 is installed in hydraulic line connected to piston space of each hydraulic cylinder 5 and 6. Electromagnet 27 or 28 of each distributor is coupled with limit switches 16 and 17, respectively. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
