FIELD: tyre and industrial rubber industries and manufacture of impact- resistant polystyrene. SUBSTANCE: claimed process is carried out battery containing at least four reactors; butadiene-1,3-solution with concentration of 12-20 wt% and n-butyl lithium at n-butyl lithium to butadiene-1,3 molar ratio from 1: 370 to 1:530 respectively being fed into first reactor. The resulting polymer is divided into two flows, each containing 50-95 wt% polymer of its amount in first reactor, then fed into second reactor and the remaining amount is fed into third reactor. Divinyl benzene is additionally is fed into second reactor and divinyl benzene and butadiene-1,3 are fed into third reactor at molar ratio of divinyl benzene to lithium polybutadiene from first reactor ranging from 0.1 to 0.3:1, respectively. Process is carried out at weight ratio of butadiene-1,3 fed into third reactor and first reactor ranging form 2.5 to 8. Polymerization temperature in first and second reactors is 40-55 C and in other reactors, 55-100 C. Claimed process makes it possible to obtain polybutadiene having desired properties and to effectively regulate them within wide limits. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
