FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: operating member of extracting machine has swinging boom, cutting head installed on its front end, and cutting head drive. Cutting head is doubled in the form of two coaxially located cutting rotors secured on corresponding coaxial shafts with possibility of their relatively independent rotation and synchronously opposite reciprocal motions along common axes of shafts and is provided with centrifugal mechanisms kinematically and hydraulically connected with electric motor of their drive by means of differential mechanism and two hydraulic machines (axial plunder pumps) with inclined plates installed on aforesaid shafts and in series combined into one enclosed hydraulic circuit by means of control valves and hydraulic lines. Inclined plates of hydraulic machines are kinematically interconnected for example by link for possible synchronous counter-phase changing of angle of incline of plates, and each of inclined plates is connected with corresponding centrifugal mechanism. Shaft of electric motor of cutting rotor shaft is hollow and installed on internal coaxial shaft of cutting rotor for possible independent rotation. Outer coaxial shaft of cutting rotor is telescopically splined for possible reciprocal motion of its internal part in splines along axis independently from outer part. One of hydraulic machines and one of centrifugal mechanisms are installed on outer part of aforesaid shaft. Second hydraulic machine is installed by means of splined connection on inner coaxial shaft of cutting rotor for possible reciprocal motion of aforesaid shaft independently from hydraulic machine.
