FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for separating two and more materials. One of these materials consists of fluidizable powder material for example such as aluminium oxide Al2O3, and it is to be divided into components with particles of various dimensions, and/or to be separated are such objectionable materials which can not be fluidized for example nails, tools, coke, pieces of wood, lumps of oxide, gloves, etc. Separator has chamber which incorporates one or more sieves located at different angles of incline. Fluidizable particles drop down to one or more transportation passages located at different angles of incline. Provided is fluidizing passage with devices for delivery of fluidizing flow under sieves for example flow of air. Separator also incorporates fluidizing transportation passage for delivery of material to separator. Aforesaid embodiment of separator enhances efficiency of separation and cleaning of powder materials such as aluminium oxide. Separator is convenient in operation.
