FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out reaction of spontaneous lymphocyte rosette formation with sheep erythrocytes and rosette forming cells in two parallel samples: according to generally accepted method (POK1) and after cool thermostating of lymphocytes in physiologic medium deprived of serum. The obtained results are compared and excess index equal to POK2/POK1 is calculated. If the index value is higher than 1.0, colon adenoma malignization is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of the method.
