SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for differential diagnosis of adenoma with III degree dysplasia and early colon adenocarcinoma, including study of the colon neoplasm biopsy, where a histological cut of the colon neoplasm biopsy is subjected to fluorimetric study measuring the fluorescence excitation spectra with the subsequent comparison of the spectra emitted by the studied tissue fragment with the spectra of benign and malignant colon neoplasms.
EFFECT: invention provides informativity, greater sensitivity in comparison with a histological research, reliability, laboriousness, and economy.
