FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves beet washing, peeling root from skin, their grinding up to fine pulp preparing, its extraction by mixing with boiled water immediately after grinding and boiling for 1.0-1.5 hr. Then mixture of extract with pulp is subjected for sulfitation and ready product is cooled. EFFECT: high food biovalue of semifinished product.
