FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: tourniquet has a turntable with railing which subsequently partition the passage, and rollers which roll along a round path of the support area with recesses and lugs. A beam with rollers are hinged to upper shaft end of the turntable. The recesses and lugs of the round path are placed in pairs about axle.
