FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: tourniquet has rotator which consists of, at least, two cross-members for longitudinal motion in mutually perpendicular planes by means of interaction of their ends rolling over arch with guide located eccentrically relative to rotary shaft. Each cross-member has supporting platform with rollers and made in form of two branches rounding the shaft and held by rollers. One branch contacts pair of resiliently acting rollers, and the other branch is fixed between the other pairs which are parallel to the first branch. Supporting platforms are fastened to shaft for shaft turning by one cross-member with the other interlocked up to their installation beyond the zone of passage. Tourniquet is characterized not only by its compactness (like the analogs), but by its simple design and operate reliability due to introduction of movable compensator which provides also for use of interchangeable parts, increased service life with extended overhaul period even in cases of low accuracy in manufacture and assembly of its separate members. EFFECT: provision of design combining small sizes and simplicity with operate reliability and possibility of immediate freeing of passage from obstacles under emergency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
