The third variant of flour vitamin-mineral enriching additive has, wt.-%: vitamin B₁ 0.09-0.12; vitamin B₂ 0.06-0.07; vitamin PP 1.15-1.41; iron 0.61-0.75 and a filling agent - sugar powder and starch, or wheat flour, or calcium lactate, or calcium carbonate and wheat flour - the rest amount. Invention can be used in production of bread and baked goods made of wheat and rye flour and their mixture.
