FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of alcohol-free vitaminized beverages.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing dry mixture in three stages by simultaneously mixing and granulating components, first stage involving charging into granulator substance with sweet taste on conversion to sugar, edible-grade acid, flavor aromatizer, beta-carotene, pantothenic acid, vitamins E, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and biotin and adding nicotinamide to said components, second stage involving addition of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and third final stage involving addition of vitamin B1, natural colorant, thickener and sodium hydrocarbonate, said components being used in the following ratio, wt%; vitamin E 0.01-0.1; beta-carotene 0.0001-0.03; vitamin C 0.06-0.6; nicotinamide 0.02-0.18; pantothenic acid 0.006-0.06; vitamin B6 0.002-0.020; vitamin B1 0.0015-0.014; vitamin B2 0.0015-0.014; folic acid 0.0002-0.002; vitamin B12 0.000002-0.00002; biotin 0.000001-0.0002; thickener 1.0-1.5; edible-grade acid 2.0-2.5; flavor aromatizer 4.0-4.5; sodium hydrocarbonate 0.3-0.5; natural colorant 0.5-1.0; saccharose the balance.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of producing dry mixture for alcohol-free beverage or cocktail.
