FIELD: medicinal industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of transplantable heteroploid cells Vero. To cell suspension at concentration 100000 cells/ml the strain of rabies virus Vnukovo-32 adapted to these cells is added at dose 0.1 LD50/cell. Culturing is carried out in bioreactor of company "Techne" (capacity - 3 l) at addition of microcarrier "Cytolar-2" at concentration 3 mg/ml culture medium. On the 3-d day the culture medium is changed for supporting medium. On the 4-7-th days fresh portion of infected cells is sown additionally in reactor.
