FIELD: treatment of substances with electromagnetic emissions. SUBSTANCE: method is based on continuous irradiation of dielectric volume, that carries dispersed particles of another dielectric, by electromagnetic signal with given parameters. In the case preliminary they determine frequencies of own mechanical oscillations of one dielectric particles dispersed in volume of another dielectric. In case the frequencies exceed earlier set value, they chose value of carrying frequency, that is near half value of mode of dielectric particles own oscillations. In case it does not exceed the given value, they are modulating the carrier by amplitude with frequency, that is close to frequency of dielectric particles own oscillations mode.
