FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process increasing odor intensity of substance consists in imparting of molecules of given substance with additional energy by way of its irradiation with electromagnetic signals of superhigh-frequency range with pulse modulation. Pulse modulation is realized with the use pulses which duration and repetition period change by law specified in advance, by determined law, for instance, linear or power, by random law with characteristics specified beforehand. EFFECT: provision for simple and effective process increasing odor intensity of substance that excludes necessity in heating of substance, process can be used in particular in search for narcotics or explosives. 4 cl
