FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: use for laser generation of pulsed magnetic field in dielectric sphere. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a spherical dielectric particle is irradiated with the formed monochromatic radiation, made from transparent material for used radiation and with mesoscale diameter, formation of optical vortices inside spherical dielectric particle, excitation of high-order super-resonant Mie modes in the particle and the formation of hot spots around the poles of the spherical particle along the direction of propagation of radiation, wherein the monochromatic study used is femtosecond pulsed laser radiation, and the dielectric particle is irradiated with a wave with a plane wave front.

EFFECT: enabling formation of high-frequency magnetic fields of femtosecond duration in a dielectric spherical mesoscale particle.
