SUBSTANCE: air distributor has check valve sections and relay valve sections connecting supply air line and atmosphere with working space of brake cylinder; sections have spring-loaded check valve, piston and shutoff valve providing, together with accelerated discharge of compressed air from cylinders and air supply system of brake, sealing of working space of brake cylinder, elimination of compressed air leakage at all operating duties, increase in power owing to kinetic energy of rail car at braking.
