FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to regulate speed of cuts on gravity humps of railway and industrial transport. Proposed device contains brake rotary rockers with hollow resilient member arranged along rail from outside of track in form of keyboard. Hollow resilient member is mounted on fixed support beam and is furnished with quick-acting relay valve unit connecting it with control equipment of brake and providing, at train braking, intake of compressed air into working space of resilient member and locking of space and discharge of compressed air from said space, when brake is set in inoperative position. Brake rockers are relatively, held by projections, thus preventing appearance of forward moving moments. Running rails of brake have heads cut flush with neck from outside of track.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and braking power of rocker-type brake.
