Abstract RU 2057070 C1

FIELD: separation of aluminum hydroxide from aluminate solutions. SUBSTANCE: decomposer has cylindrical body with conical bottom plate, lower and upper branch pipes, drive and central shaft carrying mixing devices with blades in cylindrical part of the body. Lower mixing device is located directly above conical part. Decomposer has airlift and branch pipe for suspension supply which is located in the body upper part. Branch pipe for withdrawal of suspension is also located in the body upper part. Mixing device located above lower mixing device is installed at distance of 0.3-0.5 of blade diameter from it. Planes of blades of lower and above-located mixing devices are turned through angle of 60-90 deg. to each other Airlift is installed outside of the decomposer body and is connected with decomposer upper part and with lower part of conical bottom plate by means of low branch pipe.
