FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves the milling brown coal to fraction less than 100 mcm, its treatment with 2-10% aqueous solution of KOH at constant stirring. Mass is stirred firstly with phosphorus-containing components for 30-60 min and then with plasticizer followed by forming to granules, exposition of granules at 35-45 C for 1-3 hr and drying at 85-95 C to required moisture. Phosphorus-containing components: phosphorites, double superphosphate and/or ammophos which are ground preliminary to particle size less then 100 mcm; plasticizer: 4-5% urea solution.
