FIELD: leather processing industry. SUBSTANCE: setup of compressing and transporting rolls has frame, knife rolls located ahead of them, compressing rolls located inside of rubber- made endless conveyor belt with tension mechanism. Unit is provided with suspension setup for rolls having two shackles interconnected by setting shaft. Mounted in suspension setup are transporting rolls, and axles of pressing rolls are located between them in common horizontal plane. Suspension setup is provided with thrust rollers for turning by its lifting mechanism. Axles of pressing, transporting rolls and setting rolls carry sprockets interconnected by chain transmission.
