FIELD: devices for automatic control of aviation gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring current values of input and output coordinates of motor, calculating their mean values and variance of this mean values, calculating first time derivative of rotation speed for all rotors, calculating ratio of current deviation of output coordinates to current deviation of input coordinate, when all calculated absolute values of derivative are less than given value ε and absolute value of current deviation of input coordinate is greater than given value e. Then, values of transmission factor are assessed as mean value of corresponding calculated ratios in real time. Corresponding device has adder 2, unit 6, which determines current deviation of input coordinate with respect to mean value of increment DU, unit 7 for comparison of increment ΔU against given value ε, logical unit 8, unit 9, which elements compare values dXi/dt (, where n is number of engine shafts) against given value ε, differentiating unit 10, engine 3, gate 11, dividers unit 12, unit 13, which calculates current deviation of output coordinates with respect to mean values of increment DXj (, where m is number of output coordinates of engine), gate units 14 and 17, adders unit 15 and integrators unit 16.
