FIELD: microwave devices. SUBSTANCE: device has metal chamber 1, at least one door 2, microwave oscillators, which are connected to air-cooling unit, emitters 5, which are arranged in rows in checkerboard structure. Their apertures are directed against chamber and located on opposite walls of chamber. In addition device has induced-airing pipes, which are connected to induced-airing holes 9 and to unit for air cooling of microwave oscillators, trolley 7 which has drive 8 and which is located on bottom of chamber, exhaust-airing holes 10, which are located in cover of chamber, and shielding grids 11, which covers induced-airing holes and exhaust-airing holes. Induced-airing holes 9 are located opposite to corresponding emitter 5 and space between them is not greater than width of main lobe of directional pattern in plane that is parallel to side walls of chamber and runs through middle points of chamber cover and bottom. Said space is also not less than size of aperture of emitters. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
