FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: gases, which are burnt out and expanded, act on pistons 12 and 17. The pistons set rollers 10,11,18 and 10 in motion. The rollers are forced to be rolled along curved endless non- crossing grooves 25 and 26. In so doing, the forward motion is converted in rotary motion. The motion is transmitted from the rollers to the pistons. Connecting rods 6 and 24 set gears 8 and 21 in rotation. The gears rotate output shaft 5 and shaft 22 through gears 7 and 23. The shafts are interconnected by way of a mechanism for synchronization of the shafts. The mechanism consists of gears 1,2,3, and 7. The piston performs one revolution about its axis per four strokes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
