FIELD: cavitation treatment of fuels and oils. SUBSTANCE: device has movable jet nozzle emitter 4 and fixed jet nozzle emitter 3. The movable emitter is provided with a mechanism for its movement. The emitters are mounted inside common chamber 2 with supplying pipe line 1 and discharging pipe line 5. Each of the emitters is made up as blades secured to the base over the Archimedean spiral. The spirals are oppositely directed. The blades of movable emitter 4 are interposed between the blades of fixed emitter 3. The device for movement of movable emitter is made up as spring-loaded piston 6 which is mounted on the base of the emitter and has movement arrester 8. Spring space 7 of the piston is in communication with discharging pipe line 5 through by- pass 11. EFFECT: improved design. 5 dwg
