SUBSTANCE: diffusive apparatus for hydrogen liberation from gas mixtures has vertical cylindrical housing-heat-exchanger having cover and removable bottom, axially mounted in it cylindrical reservoir with tubular heat-exchanger in lower part, face heat-exchanger disposed between removable bottom and reservoir, distributing collector placed under cover and connected with branch pipe for gas mixture feed, electric heater disposed in reservoir and having hermetic protective shell fixed on upper face surface of reservoir, coil heat-exchanger placed from outer side of reservoir, branch pipe for hydrogen extraction mounted on external lateral surface of housing-heat-exchanger and branch pipes for ballast gas) extraction and cooling water feed connected on to bottom.
