FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for supply of inoculum into anaerobic chamber of inoculation, supply of growth medium into anaerobic culture of reproduction, which is separated from chamber of inoculation with separation facility. Inoculum and non-inoculated growth medium are stored separately. Separation facility is opened for introduction of inoculum into chamber of reproduction. Cultures are grown in anaerobic conditions, and grown culture is extracted from reproduction chamber. All processes are carried out in sealed chambers with preservation of anaerobiosis conditions in them in process of chambers communication, and also in anaerobic and aseptic conditions. Chamber of reproduction and separation facility prior to reproduction of culture are sterilised. Suggested bioreactor includes at least one anaerobic sealed growth chamber, at least one anaerobic sealed inoculation chamber with inoculum, having neck closed with separation facility in the form of partition. Chambers are connected with the help of tube with thorn installed in it for piercing of partition and creation of passage for inoculum in growth chamber. Neck of inoculation chamber is connected to end of tube with the help of threaded joint for its displacement to thorn and piercing of partition. Growth chamber is equipped with tube for extraction of grown culture.
EFFECT: provision of culture reproductions with high vitality, prevention of possibility of anaerobic mode violation in process of inoculation, provision of durable shelf life of inoculum and culture growth medium, creation of convenience for delivery of bioreactor to the area of use.
