FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: measurements are conducted at electric conductivity of water, which satisfies to relation of H ≥ (kc+15)•(1+LV),, where H is electric conductivity of water tested at 25 deg C; c is maximal available oxygen concentration in water tested; L is proportionality coefficient, which is equal to 0.05 s/cm for water; k is proportionality coefficient being equal to 20 mcsimxcm/kg; y is linear speed of water tested in relation to measuring electrode. Electric conductivity necessary is provided by increasing electrolytes in water, which electrolytes do not interact with measuring electrode and change oxygen content in water, basically of alkali, as well as due to reduction of speed of water flowing relatively the measuring electrode.
