SUBSTANCE: striking arc 3 between rod electrodes 2 in discharge chamber 1 cause flow of current 1 through stabilizing winding 11 and variable stabilizing resistor 13, its magnitude depending on power supply voltage Uc. At the same, control winding 10 and variable control resistor 12 carry control current Ic depending on power supply voltage Uc> Resistors 13 and 12 may be implemented as adjustable parts of windings 11 and 10. Cross magnetic field built up in magnetic circuit with yoke 8 and pole shoes 9 cause Lorentz force that drives out arc discharge according to desired values of variable resistors 12 and 13 adjusted by second and first adjusting mechanisms 15 and 14 controlled by control signal shaper 17 supplied by control parameters and constant values from working parameter setting element 16. Parameter Φs arrives from first output of setting element 16 at third adjusting mechanism that functions to control adjustable gate (batcher) of hopper; desired flow of source material goes, respectively, to most heated region of space (plasma furnace) wherein particles are heated, and exit flow of particles heat to desired temperature T4d is supplied to user to produce parts with desired variable density, structure, and surface quality.
