FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair and maintenance equipment of internal combustion engines and it can be used in service centers for restoring performance characteristics of electromagnetic nozzles of injection system of internal combustion engines operating on gasoline. Proposed device contains nozzles with windings and valve needles, unit to supply voltage to microcontroller connected with transducers, nozzle control unit to which nozzles are connected communicating with fuel flow agitator. Supply unit consists of nonadjustable and adjustable parts. Microcontroller contains analogue inputs to which nozzle circuit current sensor, circuit voltage control sensor, circuit break sensor, nozzle winding resistance sensor, nozzle operation sensor, pressure sensor are connected, and digital inputs to which keyboard and digital; outputs are connected to which letter-digit indicator, sound indicator, nozzle control unit and adjustable part of supply unit are connected. Said adjustable part is connected with nozzle control unit, nozzle circuit current sensor and circuit voltage control sensor. Nonadjustable part of supply unit is connected to microcontroller. Nozzle circuit current sensor, circuit break sensor, nozzle winding resistance sensor and nozzle operation sensor are connected to nozzles. Space filled in turn is provided for fuel and washing liquid. Nozzles are furnished with separate receiving cups and common metering cylinder. EFFECT: improved efficiency of cleaning of electromagnetic nozzles without harmful effect on engine systems at considerable reduction of consumption of washing. 2 cl, 1 dwg
