FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Skin is dissected in frontotemporal region, superficial temporal artery is separated with aponeurosis segments; craniotomy follows; dura mater and arachnoid membrane are opened and dissected; the temporal artery is laid on cerebrum and sutured to arachnoid membrane. After dura mater is open, it is dissected to external and internal leaves. In the pieces of the internal leaf, arachnoid membrane is opened and dissected; and after the superficial temporal artery is laid on cerebrum and sutured to arachnoid membrane, the external leaf is sutured to the base of dura mater flap.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of liquorrhea and infectious complications and provides formation of collateral blood circulations.
