FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has shanks 10 connected by means of main hinge 11 and having handles and working jaws 1 with additional hinge 2 connected with shanks 10 by means of end hinges to be rotatable in plane running in perpendicular to the plane of motion of shanks 10. Working jaws 1 are crossed and connected with additional hinge 2 in the form of an axle. The end hinges are manufactured as looped pairs with ball heads 4 mounted on internal rods 3 and cut stopper rings 6 mounted on ball heads 4 in the plane running in perpendicular to the plane of motion of shanks 10. Rings 6 are faced with their cuts towards additional hinge 2. The end hinges are provided with external clamp covers 9 with screws 5. The device additionally has control member with additional handle 12 connected with working jaws 1 and having the form of two internal tie rods 8 attached to additional handle 12. The executive version of the device has shanks 7 connected by means of main hinge 8 and having handles, working jaws 1 with additional hinge 2 connected with shanks 7 through end hinges 5 and 6 rotatable in the plane running in perpendicular to the plan of motion of shanks 7, so that each end hinge 5 and 6 is made in form of two loop pairs having axles being in perpendicular relation to each other and having pivoted compensating member 3 made in form of end rod with ring-shaped turning placed in the opening and having two limiting pins set in the turning. The executive version of the device can additionally have a control member with additional handle 12 connected with working jaws 1 made in form of two internal tie rods 8 attached to additional handle 12.
