FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body having pivotally connected parts with two or more pairs of conjugated end surfaces arranged at an angle to the longitudinal part of the body and axles set in perpendicular to the conjugated end surfaces. The axles have central canal and gears at the ends. Remote control mechanism has two concentrically arranged cylinders of which the external one has handle in proximal part for making rotation and fixation and eccentric end rod. The eccentric rod is engageable with intermediate part of the instrument. Internal cylinder is mounted in the intermediate part concentrically arranged with respect to the intermediate part body. The internal instrument has gears on every end, the ends being engageable with the gears of proximal and distal instrument part. Remote control is carried out in the handle area independent on instrument body length. EFFECT: usability inside any surgical instrument body+ADs- accelerated and facilitated deflection of working blades from longitudinal axis+ADs- fixability in arbitrary position+ADs- rigidity of structure. 2 cl, 6 dwg
