Fitted in bushing of bracket is titled turnable fork of front driving wheel 8 coupled with second bracket. Mounted on second bracket with displacement relative to turning axis of fork is bottom bracket 10 of hand crank-and-chain drive which has handles 111 and 12, driving and driven sprockets, with chain passed over sprockets, front wheel bushing with free-wheeling clutch and brake mechanism. Foot rests 4 are secured on independent levers with casters coupled with frame by means of hinges at one side and by means of flexible tie-rods at other side.
