FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: in vibration treatment before normal operation and at overhaul of drilled holes, productive layer is subjected to combination treatment by low and high frequency vibration by device having body with horizontal passage which accommodates axle mounted on which for possible rotation is cam for periodic closing of tangential supply channel leading to horizontal hole and axial outlet hole in body. Horizontal hole is blocked at side with rings which are internally tapered. Axle ends are seated in ring openings through clearance and at outer sides they are fixed in disks installed flush with horizontal hole. Disks have sector openings. EFFECT: simple design and reliable operation. 5 dwg
