FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wheel submerged into fluid is mounted on the support to permit rotation about horizontal shaft. Closed flexible link encloses the wheel rim. The length of the link is greater than the length of the rim periphery, Chambers with openings arranged along the link are secured to the outer side of the link. Rods are mounted for permitting movement with respect to the chambers. The ends of the rods are provided with floats and weights. The active and passive layers of bimetallic members point in one direction with respect to the link. The valves are mounted in the openings of the chamber to permit them to be opened at the top and bottom positions and coupled with the rods. The ends of the rods are provided with weights made up as counterweights. The rods are made up as levers. The side wall parts of the chambers that are far from the link are provided with additional openings. The rods are received in the openings and secured to the members to allow the floats to move in directions perpendicular or tangential to the link. The plant is submerged into fluid the possessed of a temperature difference between the top and bottom layers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
