FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor 1 is submerged into fluid. Chambers 3 are uniformly arranged over the periphery of the rotor and provided with the heat metallic drives containing bimetal members coupled with weights 2. Opposite walls of the chambers are made up as shutters 11. Levers 12 are secured to the axles of the shutters made up as journals. The levers provide rotation of the shutters when the shutters interact with control units 4 made up as guides. The ends of the levers provided with rolls 13 interact with the guides when rotor rotates. In addition, the rotor can be mounted in bearings 5 at the bottom of reservoir or on pontoons 20 which are fixed with massive anchors 22. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 10 cl, 6 dwg
