FIELD: generation of mechanical rotation energy thanks to complex usage of difference of temperatures of sea water at various levels, gravitational interaction and hydrostatic forces. SUBSTANCE: heat- sensitive drives implementing movement of weights and floats in mutually opposite radial directions with change of temperature of surrounding water are installed close to rotor partially submerged into sea water and mounted for free rotation. It is provided by creation of heating and cooling zones on opposite sides of rotor. First zone is upper layer of water surrounding rotor, second zone is formed by partitions embracing one side of rotor and forming passage isolated from surrounding water open from above and from below which upper part is located above water level. This passage communicates with the aid of flow tube directed horizontally with upper part of pipe- line lowered into deep constantly cool layers of sea water. Flow of water directed downwards is formed in passage of cooling zone by means of blades mounted on rim of rotor which ensures rising of cool water from its deep layers over pipe-line by gravity. Plant makes it feasible to generate ecologically pure mechanical rotation energy due to utilization of difference of temperatures in upper and deep layers of sea water. EFFECT: enhanced functional efficiency and improved environmental control. 4 cl, 2 dwg
