The coating members are arranged on carrying surface with a spaced relation and guaranteed overlapping. Each member consists of parallel flat plate and corrugated plate mounted with a spaced relation to each other. The plates are interconnected through lateral perforated ribs. Lags are positioned at the center of the first ribs of the members. The lags are made of a flexible material and provided with vibration insulators to connect them with the carrying surface.
