SUBSTANCE: machine has drive roller table for unwinding fabric roll, pressure roller, bin - relaxation oscillator, device for measuring length of fabric, feed drum, receiving - cutting table at reference distance, device for cutting cloths and automatic positioning, technological inserting and winding of unidimensional lengths on many rolling pins and device for compensation inertial runout. Device for winding unidimensional lengths of material on rolling pins is provided with swivel hold-down of cross-cut of cloth, rotary accumulator and positioning system, matching units of operational sequence of length meter, cutting and winding mechanism and rotary accumulator; receiving-cutting table is mounted vertically above swivel hold-down whose axis of rotation is shifted relative to outer surface of table by amount of eccentricity commensurable with radius of receiving rolling pin.
