FIELD: civil engineering, erection of surface buildings and constructions. SUBSTANCE: loggia blocks with allowed clearance are installed nearby exterior walls. The blocks are interconnected through pull members of plastic metal with anchor devices on ends. In so doing the pull rods are passed through all the building inside passages of exterior and interior wall panels and floor slab and roof slab. The clearances are filled with layers of the yielding material. Loggia blocks are made of vertical members of loggia blocks placed on sides and tied through horizontal members, back wall panel and guard plates of loggia blocks. In so doing wall panels and vertical members of loggia blocks are installed so to allow clearances in slots of strip foundation on support destructive columns. The remaining space in the slots of the strip foundation is filled with layers of yielding material. EFFECT: simplified engineering solution of protection against seismic affect. 2 cl, 7 dwg
