One side of each sheet is attached to horizontal and vertical members of the frames on inner and outer sides of the panel. vertical and horizontal wire spring dampers-stoppers with plates on their ends are installed between metal frames. The frames, distributing layers of pliable material, sheets af material of high deformability and plates of wire spring damper- stoppers are attached along perimeter of wall panel using bolts.
