FIELD: civil engineering, erecting surface industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: exterior and interior plates of the wall panel are made in the form of steel- fiber-reinforced concrete frames filled with steel-fiber- reinforced concrete blocks of different length interconnected along height and with horizontal members of the frames through spring frames on plastic steel. Vertical rods of the spring frames are passed through block passages and passages of frame horizontal members on both sides of vertical butts. Horizontal springs are laid in discontinuous slots of frame horizontal members. Two layers of yielding material are put between interior and exterior plates. Average clearance between the layers is allowed which is filled with frame of clamps. This frame is hung from the adjacent members and covered with two layers of reel material with high deformable properties. Exterior and interior plates are interconnected through tie members with curve inwards the panel, and anchor bolts installed around perimeter of the wall panel. Horizontal faces of the blocks are provided with bevels. Horizontal and vertical layers of plastic material are put between the blocks, between the blocks and the frame.
