FIELD: civil engineering, surface industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: wall panel has flat steel-fiber- reinforced concrete frame with steel-fiber-reinforced concrete blocks installed inside with allowed clearance. The blocks are fastened to one another along height and to horizontal members of the frame through wire spring like stops with hinges on their ends passed through passages of the blocks and horizontal members of the frame. Wire spring- like stops with hinges on ends are hung from support rods laid in grooves of the horizontal frame members. Horizontal faces of the steel-fiber-reinforced concrete blocks have bevels. Horizontal and vertical layers of plastic material are put between the blocks, and between the blocks and the frame. EFFECT: higher protection against injuring factors in explosion. 6 dwg
