FIELD: railroad engineering. SUBSTANCE: damper has cylinder 1 with heads 2,3, rod 8 with hollow inner end, rigidly connected with piston 6 and provided with central controlled throttling hole, which is formed by throttling bushing 10, spool valve 12, arranged lengthwise movably between stops on guide bar 13, and side transit holes, connected through which are rod and rodless chambers of cylinder. In addition, damper has oil sealing 17 of rod, circulating oil system of rubbing parts and pipe connection with check valve, connecting inner space of cylinder with compressed air source.
